Refund Policy

CFO Closer ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides professional fractional CFO services on an hourly or project-based basis. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once services have been rendered. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds After Services Are Rendered

  • As a professional service provider, our time and expertise are delivered in real time. Once a service session has been provided or work has been initiated, no refunds will be granted.

  • This policy applies to hourly consulting, financial modeling, transaction advisory, and any other services we offer.

2. Non-Cancellable Engagements

  • Once an engagement has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • If you purchase a block of hours or a project-based service, partial refunds for unused portions are not permitted.

3. Rescheduling and Adjustments

  • Clients may request to reschedule booked sessions with at least 48 hours ahead of the meeting.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being charged in full.

4. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to this policy in limited circumstances, such as:

  • If an error on our part results in an incomplete or unsatisfactory service, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

  • In cases of double charges or billing errors, corrections will be made accordingly.

5. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

  • Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the client will result in the immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover unpaid fees.

  • If you have concerns about billing, please contact us directly at contact@cfocloser.com before initiating a dispute.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution terms in our Terms and Conditions.
